Easy Software Products will be closed October 13, 2008 for Columbus Day. We wish you a safe and pleasant holiday! Online orders and support requests may still be placed on our web site, however we will not be making any shipments until our office re-opens.

Information We Record

Easy Software Products collects only basic access information (IP address, page accessed) on our web server. This allows us to see usage patterns (which pages are the most "popular") and improve our service to you. The information we request in our shopping cart, licensing, and technical support forms is only used for that purchase placed, license request, or support call.

We do not (and will not) provide this information to third parties or use it to send you unsolicited EMail ("spam"). Such use would violate the trust between Easy Software Products and you, our current or prospective customers. Spam can also be construed as fraud, since sending unsolicited EMail uses the receiver's computer and Internet resources without their consent.

Secure eCommerce

All of your personal and ordering information is protected when you provide it on our web site. Orders utilize the encryption features of your web browser (typically 128-bit "hi-grade" encryption) to provide the highest level of security possible. Once your card has been charged for your order, we destroy our copy of your credit card information.

This web site utilizes "cookies" for on-line eCommerce. A cookie is simply a bit of information that is stored on your computer so items added to your cart are "remembered" as you visit different pages. These cookies are automatically deleted once you leave our web site. Cookies will in no way damage your computer and will not gather data about you from your computer.
